|Recommended: YesLove it — I'm so happy with how quiet it is, there are the usual sounds on the weekends with get togethers but it's so much better than my previous apartment. Also the location is just great being right on century ave to just get right down to belt line or over to any shops I need to get to. Few squeaky boards but that's with any apartment Quiet and peaceful.

|Recommended: NoMoney wasted on all the wrong things. — Just yesterday the management had a company come on to make some concrete patio areas around the facility. Maybe 10 x 20
They have torn the intire
Courtyard up in each place.
When I contacted Mgmt. No response
The same response I receive when the same residence that flock to these areas and 70 are unregistered guest. Continually disreguad basic rules and are the worst litter bugs.
Judy I lay this on your feet. I have trouble continuing to have rent increases, but you do nothing to increase the value of my living space.
A couple of months ago the residents above me broke the pipes in his tub. Didn't contact maintenance. I had water on my head on my floor my shoot curtain needed to be cleaned.
I called maintenance. Friday evening.
Saturday night I got wet again. Called maintenance. Oh yeah. Sunday night walked through water again. Monday finally fixed.clean up was up to me. Buying new shower curtains my responsibility. Washing the towels I used all weekend to shop up the mess each day. Me.
I still have the brown stain on my bathroom ceiling. Looks like urine staining the ceiling.
What a nice place to live.
I am sorry that you not seeing results as quickly as you think they should be. The concrete contractor's landscaping crew is returning to the property today to tend to the ground that was damaged as part of the concrete improvements made to the property. The Arbor Lakes Team is making improvements on this large property daily. Due to the size, it does make sense that one resident may not see the constant improvements as they are only aware of what happens in their part of the property. Please feel free to contact the office to address additional needs that you may have that have not already been addressed by the staff recently.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place for probably anyone. — Prices were fantastic for how great the place is my Rent was 750 starting and by time of leaving was 830 after 3 years the next increase would had been like 890-960 which is another nice factor they give you months price options which is nice if you want something other then a typical 12 month lease. Comparatively other apartments in areas I was interested in were around 1050-1300 so all in all fair pricing. I never had any issues w staff, but I also rarely spoke w them but they were usually quick to answer emails. Apartment is mostly clean in hallways you can hear them occasionally vacuum it. Outside not too bad either. Construction was meh seemed to take awhile to finish things started, but overall nice that they do repairs often and finished products look great. Parking is as easy as it comes and I never had issues getting good spots anytime of the day. Never had issues w any other renters but I have seen quite a few individuals smoking outside. Sound was never an issue for me either sometimes I could hear others through walls floor but imo it never really bothered me as I knew I was sometimes loud myself so I assume everyone just didn't care much about that. There was 2 laundry machines and weekends were usually tough to get a spot but if you did laundry at weird times it was almost always available. There's also a timer on it so you could just snipe the next spot. I only ever had 2 issues that I needed fixing the AC wouldn't turn on and Sliding Door wouldn't slide both were fixed quickly. Although I never participated, they did do competitions for holidays which was pretty cool. Events like that definitely make things more interesting.
